Incident reports

To help with insurance claims, we provide incident information to:

  • insurance companies
  • loss adjusters
  • solicitors
  • local authorities

We also provide information to help forensic investigators report on an incident on behalf of insurers.

Information will only be provided based on the guidance included in the Data Protection Act 2018. For requests made on behalf of commercial organisations and local authorities, we will only provide information to authorised individuals.

Charges

A standard charge of £93.00 + VAT will apply for requests submitted by commercial organisations.

If you’re requesting a report for commercial reasons, you must provide a purchase order (PO) number. The charge will be invoiced when we receive your request.
