• a report on a particular incident
• specific data on behalf of a partner organisation, such as the police, an airport or local authority

Personal information requests

Find out how we collect and use your data.

You can find out if we hold any personal information about you by making a Subject Access request under the Data Protection Act.

If we do have personal information about you, we will provide a copy. We will reply with your information within 1 month of receiving your request, or from the day that we receive the information needed to confirm your identity.

There are some lawful restrictions on the information we send you – for example, other people’s personal information.
