A course incorporating theoretical and practical input designed to enhance your team’s communication and motivation.    The practical exercises include a live fire exercise which demonstrates the resources that are unique to the Fire Service and effectively illustrates the benefits and necessity of effective teamwork and motivation.   Participants will be able to build on working relationships and practice effective leadership, team and feedback skills.
