To co-ordinate Prevention and Education campaigns and projects from a central location and provide administrative and/or other support to the three departments within the Community Safety function, namely Prevention and Education, Protection and Technical and Response Support, together with supporting the wider work of the Community Safety Group, including links with Service Delivery.
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:-
· Enthusiasm and be highly motivated.
· Experience of providing administrative support including minute taking at meetings.
· Ability to effectively organise a variety of events and meetings in the Community Safety Function
· Ability to analyse data and research information
· Well developed organisation skills to co-ordinate and monitor simultaneous tasksWell developed IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and databases
· Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
