The decision as to whether the applicant progresses to the next stage of the selection process will be determined by the evidence on the application form and specifically if the applicant meets the criteria of the Personal Qualities and Attributes (PQAs).
PQAs have been developed for all roles within the Fire Service which detail the skills and knowledge required to do the job.
