The Arson Task Force structure is managed and supported centrally by Group Manager Steve Stokoe, Watch Manager Keith Carruthers and Researcher John Oliver.
 
Central Strategy and Policy is disseminated to ensure a co-ordinated approach to the reduction of deliberate fires throughout Tyne & Wear.
