A course, fully cross mapped to Emergency Fire Service Standards (EFS), enables students to advance along the core progression route and to facilitate their awareness of the principles of lifelong learning and continuous professional and personal development.
On completion of the course and having satisfied the aims and objectives, each student will have developed further skills, increased their knowledge, and collated sufficient information to enable them to competently undertake the role of a Crew Manager.
