Quarterly Performance

The Authority uses performance information from a combination of Best Value Performance Indicators and local ones, to inform its decision making processes. The documents in the categories below provide details of performance against the nationally reported ‘Best Value Performance Indicators’. There are a number of factors outside the control of the Fire and Rescue Service that can affect trends in fires and other emergency incidents and subsequently affect performance indicators. Consequently performance information will always be tempered by professional judgement when used in the decision making process.
